Refund policy

①The confirmation email will send to you before shipping, that including finished photos. you can alter something before shipping, so don't worry.

②On occasion an item might be damaged slightly(e.g. a flower falls out of the bouquet), but can almost always be repaired with a simple dot of good-ol-fashioned super glue.In my experience in the past,item never been damaged in transit.but if the item has been some serious damage,please contact with me immediately,I will solve all issue until you are satisfied with it!

③Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if your cake topper has already begun production since each and every order is handcraft based on your idea. We’ll do everything we can to work with you to ensure you love it before it ships. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
